I had a meeting with Dakota, who explained everything so well to me about what my coverage currently looked like and potential changes for my life insurance policy that would benefit me in the long run. I use the drive safe beacon for a discount--he helped me realize I didn't have the right settings in place on my phone for optimization, which means I wasn't getting a discount as great as what I could so in the office, he helped me fix my settings to ensure that my app and beacon function to make sure my discount will reflect my driving accurately and give me a bigger discount! Very grateful for honest agents who want to provide the best discounts for customers and knowing where to look to help do so.
